Holding On To My "Perhaps"

Holding On To My “Perhaps”

Read the Word:  “Then Jonathan said to the young man who was carrying his armor, “Come and let us cross over to the garrison of these uncircumcised; perhaps the Lord will work for us, for the Lord is not restrained to save by many or by few” (1 Samuel 14:6).

Apply the Word: Have you ever said to yourself, “Perhaps the Lord wants to work out for me what I can’t work out for myself.” Yes! That sounds good, doesn’t it? Jonathan’s faith was amazing and he knew that God would work on his behalf.  When you are faced with insurmountable challenges, keep your “Perhaps” in view as God is not through with you yet.  Will you speak with a few people today and let them know that God loves to work on their behalf? Also, be encouraged because God works things out for you as well. When you are ready to give up, hold on to your “perhaps”.
